PURPOSE

LEGITIMATION Consent of the interested party

Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the interested party who owns the personal data for the duration of the accompaniment relationship. Once this is concluded, the data will be maintained for a period of 3 years in order to maintain these in case the relationship can be resumed.

WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

No transfers or communications of any kind are foreseen, except legal obligation.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In accordance with the provisions of arts. 15 – 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the interested owner is informed, where appropriate, that he can exercise his rights of access, rectification or deletion and limitation or opposition or withdrawal of the consent for the processing of your data, as well as the portability of the same in order to transmit them to another person responsible, directing a written communication to the person responsible for the file at the electronic address: valentin.aguado.bne@gmail.com.

The application will include the name and surname of the interested party, the request being formulated and documents that prove it, address for notification purposes, date and signature of the applicant. You will provide a photocopy of a valid document proving the identity of the applicant and the representative, if applicable. No compensation will be required for the exercise of these rights.

The person responsible will respond to the request in accordance with the requirements of each type of request even if there is no personal data of the affected person in their files, and will request the correction of deficiencies in the communication received, if any.

The right of access may only be exercised at intervals of no less than twelve months, unless the interested party proves a legitimate interest for this purpose, in which case it may be exercised sooner. You are also informed that you have the right to file a claim with the Control Authority if you do not obtain satisfaction from the person responsible in the exercise of these rights.

OTHER LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS

By voluntarily submitting your data, you expressly consent to the automated or non-automated processing of the same and its transfer under the terms set forth to the departments of the organizational structure of the person responsible or external collaborators or suppliers, whose instrumental services are necessary or legally obligatory.

The consent will be revocable through the exercise of the legal rights guaranteed by the responsible owner of the file. In no case will the personal data processed be provided to any other national or international entity outside the scope declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The person responsible for the file, and, where applicable, the person in charge of the treatment will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data when they are subject to processing and prevent their alteration, loss, processing. or unauthorized access, depending on the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they come from human action or the physical or natural environment.
